The Hendrx team wants to send a message to everyone about our concerns for the current
COVID-19 (coronavirus) global outbreak. Our priority is to keep our salon a safe and healthy
environment and we are taking this matter very seriously. Our No.1 priority is to keep our
staff and clients well-being in good condition and hygienic as possible.

We’ve made some important changes in our salon by:
 Disinfect our reception/desk area and our salon door handle throughout the day.
 Replacing our glass/mug coffee and tea cups by using disposable cups for coffee, tea,
water and etc.
 Sterilising our hair brushes and scissors before and after working with a client.
 Removing magazines from our book/magazine shelves.
 Staff must wash their hands before and after a client
 Asking all clients/guest to wash their hands when they arrive in our salon before the
service.

If you have an upcoming appointment and if you’re feeling unwell or have any cold or flu
symptoms by government officials, we are required to reschedule your appointment in the
next 2 weeks.

If you’ve recently travelled from overseas less than 14 days, you must self-
quarantined immediately in the next 14 days before entering into our salon. Please note
that if we notice any signs that are similar to the symptoms to COVID-19 in salon,
unfortunately we are unable to continue the service and we ask you kindly to leave the
salon immediately.

Our business is operating as usual and were looking forward seeing you for your next future
appointments. Our hearts and prayers go out to those effected and sending our well wishes
for everyone to keep safe and healthy during this difficult time.
